Provided is an information processing device in which an evaluation value is appropriately given even to a recipe that has been posted for a short period of time. For this purpose, the information processing device comprises: a management unit which manages evaluation subjects and evaluation values; an evaluation value calculation unit which executes an evaluation value calculation process for calculating the evaluation values for the evaluation subjects by using different evaluation formulae depending on multiple evaluation phases provided for periodic stages; a phase shift determination unit which executes a phase shift determination process for determining, for each of the evaluation subjects, whether or not a shift condition for causing a shift in the evaluation phases is satisfied; and a presentation control unit which executes a presentation control process for presenting, together with the evaluation subjects, the evaluation values calculated by the evaluation value calculation process. |
