摘要 The invention relates to devices for cultivating cellular models of mammal tissues, and, specifically, to a control device comprising a pneumatic circuit for controlling the operation of valves arranged in micro-channels of the microfluidic system (device) with a circulating nutrient medium. The device for pneumatically controlling valves of a microfluidic system comprises a positive-pressure line and a negative-pressure line, which lines are in the form of a system of pipes and fittings, with the aid of which the structural elements of the device are connected; a working medium supply line which is connected to the positive-pressure line and to the negative-pressure line, wherein the connection to the negative-pressure line is realized via an ejector; at least two units of pneumatic distributors where each of the units has two inputs, one of which is connected to the output of the positive-pressure line and the other to the output of the negative-pressure line, and a controlling output of each pneumatic distributor of the units can be connected to a corresponding input of the microfluidic system for the supply of a positive pressure or negative pressure via a limiter of the maximum flow rate of the working medium; furthermore, each of the positive-pressure and negative-pressure lines comprises the following, connected thereto: a respective two-stage pilot positive-pressure or negative-pressure release regulator, wherein the pressure regulators are selected with the possibility of allowing pressures to be established within the range of from 5 to 50 kPa and from -50 to -5 kPa, respectively, with a pressure-establishing error not exceeding +/-5 kPa; and having a reaction time to a change in the flow rate of the working medium that does not exceed 50 ms; a receiver, wherein the receiver has a structural solution allowing for a pressure differential of not more than 15% with simultaneous switching of not more than 1/3 of all of the pneumatic distributors of the unit; and a pressure sensor.
