Systems and methods are disclosed for delivering programming content to vehicles (e.g., seagoing vessels). The data is transmitted via a satellite link where a teleport in communication with a satellite have the capacity to transmit data to the vehicle.
The amount of data received is determined and used in order to adapt the sending strategy (e.g., modulation encoding) and the sending rate on the teleport.
