摘要 本发明公开了一种固定式光伏支架两跨斜梁优化布置方法,步骤如下:获取所述光伏板长度(L)及宽度(B),以及所述第一檩条至相应光伏板最外端的距离l<sub>3</sub>;确定斜梁长度L<sub>b</sub>,L<sub>b</sub>=2(L‑l<sub>3</sub>),计算l<sub>3</sub>/L<sub>b</sub>的数值;根据l<sub>3</sub>/L<sub>b</sub>数值,查表获取l<sub>1</sub>/L<sub>b</sub>和l<sub>2</sub>/L<sub>b</sub>的数值,其中l<sub>1</sub>是所述斜梁下面所述前、后铰接至所述斜梁相应一端端部的距离,所述l<sub>2</sub>是所述斜梁下面所述前、后铰接至相应一侧的所述第二檩条的距离;根据查得的l<sub>1</sub>/L<sub>b</sub>和l<sub>2</sub>/L<sub>b</sub>确定l<sub>1</sub>和l<sub>2</sub>。本发明通过调整斜梁支座位置及斜梁悬挑长度,使斜梁内弯矩最小,从而达到斜梁截面的最优化设计,减小用钢量,降低成本。
