In the present invention, there are disclosed platinum (II) complexes with pyridinecarboxamidine ligand of the general formula A, B and C, which exhibit high water solubility, and preparation process of these platinum (II) complexes with pyridinecarboxamidine ligand by reacting o-, m- or p-pyridinecarboxamidine hydrochloride with potassium tetrachloroplatinite in a strongly acidic polar protic medium. Preparation of the above-described substances is characterized by high yields and purity and they are usable in the preparation of novel antitumor medicaments. |
