The present invention relates to a composition for making a coffee beverage, the composition comprising: roast and ground coffee having a X50 of from 700 to 1250 μm; and a milk powder with a X50 of from 50 μm to 3 mm; wherein the ratio by weight of the roast and ground coffee to the milk powder is from 4:1 to 2:3. |
