A reciprocating-type electric shaver 10 includes a head unit 20 that is arranged so as to be capable of oscillating at least forward to and rearward from a main body 12. The head unit 20 has multiple blade units 40, 50, 60, and 70 whose inner blades 46, 56, 66, and 76 come into sliding contact with an inner surface of outer blades 44, 54, 64, and 74 and reciprocate rightward and leftward. At least one of the blade units is configured to serve as a movable blade unit 40 which is held by a blade frame 26 of the head unit 20 so as to be vertically movable from the reference position between a predetermined upper position and a predetermined lower position, and the blade frame 26 has a positioning lever 28 which performs positioning by moving the movable blade unit 40 to a desired position. |
