Method and elements arrangement of the device for speeded-up compaction of concrete in steel forms

Method for accelerated compacting of concrete in steel matrixes rests in that a heating agent in form of mixture of air and generated vapor having temperature non exceeding 60 øC and humidity above 95 % is directed into passage openings in aconcrete unit and maintained in permanent forced circulation. Device consists of an insulated chamber (2) with acollector (4) with feeders (7) joined to each passage opening (14) in concrete precast units (11) and amixer (6) is connected with the collector (4), ablower (5) and a tube input (13) are joined to the collector (4), as well the power drive of valve (M) in aregulation element (10) at the tube input (13) are connected to microprocessor control system (8).
