PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To properly recover power supply from an instantaneous stop while alleviating a control burden in game control.SOLUTION: A start and stop of a watch dog timer can be switched by a user program (software) by using a prescribed bit value at the setting of a reset of a ROM. When a determination is made that a power supply cutoff signal is in an on-state, a game is transited to a standby state that infinite loop processing is repeated after the execution of power cut processing, the watch dog timer gets started with the execution of the power cut processing at a main side (Sm23), and a reset operation by the generation of a timeout is validated. A monitoring time measured by the watch dog timer can be set from a plurality of preset kinds, and can also be set to the longest settable time. |
