PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transmission management device in which a user of each transmission terminal is enabled to grasp which transmission terminal is participated in a conference, regardless of the number of transmission terminals being participated in the conference.SOLUTION: A transmission management device 50 which manages transmission states of a plurality of transmission terminals 10 comprises a terminal management DB 5003 which stores a terminal management table managing terminal information containing an identifier and an identification name of the transmission terminal 10; a transmitting/receiving section 51 which receives a terminal information request signal representing a request of information for identifying a transmission terminal being in a transmitting state with the transmission terminal 10, and a terminal state acquisition section 55 which acquires, from the terminal management table, the information for identifying the transmission terminal being in the transmission state with the transmission terminal 10 when receiving the terminal information request signal. The information acquired by the terminal state acquisition section 55 is transmitted to the transmission terminal 10 of a transmission source of the terminal information request signal, via the transmitting/receiving section 51.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7 |
