PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a peeling device and a peeling method capable of easily peeling two adhered members from each other.SOLUTION: A peeling device comprises: a bed having a face for adsorbing a first member of first and second members made flexible and adhered to each other; rollers adhered to an end part of the second member for relatively moving while rotating on the face thereby to roll up the second member; and a movable adsorption mechanism for adsorbing an end part of the first member corresponding to the end part of the second member, in a state received in the bed, before adhered to the second member, and for protruding a predetermined extent in a manner to follow the end part of the first member to be rolled on the roller, together with the second member. |
