PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a saddle riding type electric vehicle which enables a charging cable to be preferably stored.SOLUTION: A saddle riding type electric vehicle 1, 3 according to an embodiment of the invention includes: a front wheel 25 and a rear wheel 26; an electric motor 53 which transmits a driving force to at least one of the front wheel 25 and the rear wheel 26; a battery 56 which supplies electric power to the electric motor 53; a charging cable 31 used for charging the battery 56; an inlet 57 which electrically connects the charging cable 31 with the battery 56 when the battery 56 is charged; and a storage part 41 for storing the charging cable 31. The charging cable 31 is detachably attached to the inlet 57. The charging cable 31 is stored in the storage part 41 while removed from the inlet 57.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
