[Problem] To provide a culturing device 10 capable of supplying an accurate amount of liquid into a culturing bag 70. [Solution] This culturing device 10 is provided with: a culturing bag 70 having ports 73, 74; a first bag holding part 31 having support surfaces 65, 66 which support the culturing bag 70; a rotating mechanism 34 which rotates the first bag holding part 31; a liquid supplying mechanism 81 which supplies a liquid through a tube 38 communicating with the ports 73, 74; a weight detecting part 23 which detects the weights of the culturing bag 70 and the first bag holding part 31; and a control unit 11, wherein the control unit 11 sets a first reference value according to first detected information output from the weight detecting part 23 in a first state, and performs a liquid supplying step in which, when a liquid is being supplied to the culturing bag 70, the liquid supplying mechanism 37 is stopped on the condition that second detected information output from the weight detecting part 23 reaches a first target value obtained by adding, to the first reference value, the weight of the liquid to be supplied.
