PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a jig for metal film deposition capable of depositing a metal film of a predetermined pattern at a more accurate position in a crystal piece that is formed substantially rectangular in a planar view.SOLUTION: The jig for metal film deposition comprises: a lower plate 111 on which a first through-hole 111a is formed; a lower mask plate 112 on which a second through-hole 112a is formed and which is placed on the lower plate 111; a spacer 113 on which a third through-hole 113a is formed and which is placed on the lower mask plate 112 in such a manner that four corners of a crystal piece 121 are overlapped with the lower mask plate 112 in the case where the crystal piece 121 is accommodated in the third through-hole 113a; an upper mask plate 114 on which a fourth through-hole 114a is formed and which is placed on the spacer 113 in such a manner that the four corners of the crystal piece 121 are overlapped in the case where the crystal piece 121 is accommodated in the third through-hole 113a; and an upper plate 115 on which a fifth through-hole 115a is formed and which is placed on the upper mask plate 114 and holds the lower mask plate 112, the spacer 113 and the upper mask plate 114 with the lower plate 111.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
