PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power supply device for a vehicle, that enables downsizing and high functionality of electronic equipment.SOLUTION: A power supply device 1 for a vehicle of the present invention comprises: a step-down circuit part 11 supplying a step-down voltage to an internal circuit 2; a first wiring part 12 connecting a main power source 9 and the step-down circuit 11; a boosting circuit part 13; a second wiring part 14 connecting the main power source 9 and the boosting circuit part 13; a third wiring part 15 connecting the boosting circuit part 13 and the step-down circuit part 11; a switch part 16 that is provided in the third wiring part 15 and switches on and off of voltage supply from the boosting circuit part 13 to the step-down circuit part 11; and a control part 18 that controls the switch part 16 according to the voltage of the main power source 9. The control part 18, when the voltage of the main power source 9 is a predetermined value or less, controls the switch part 16 such that an input voltage inputted from the boosting circuit part 13 to the step-down circuit part 11 is intermittent.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
