The present invention provides a charging method, a communication platform, and a communication system. The charging method comprises: receiving ordering information of a user, and distributing a virtual SIM card to the user; acquiring use information of the user; and calculating, according to the use information of the user and a charging rule, communication costs of the user and the communication platform. According to embodiments of the present prevention, a virtual SIM card is arranged in a communication platform, and the communication platform distributes the virtual SIM card to an accessed user, thereby being capable of realizing normal communication of the user; in addition, simultaneous management of user charges and platform charges can be finished according to a charging rule. Provided are a third-party communication platform and a corresponding charging method. The present invention solves the problem of charge monopoly of communication operators because there is not a third-party communication platform in the prior art. |
