The invention provides a cage-shaped rotor manufacturing method. When conductor strips are to be fixed onto an iron core, the conductor strips can be fixed at a relatively low temperature. The cage-shaped rotor manufacturing method comprises the steps of (S2): injecting the conductors of conductor strips into the iron core to form a plurality of conductor strips and end rings for connecting the end portions of the conductor strips in the circumferential direction; (S3): integrally forming a rotor by means of the iron core and a rotating shaft; S8: attaching the adhesive organic matter onto the rotor through sputtering the adhesive organic matter in the vacuum state; (S9): heating the adhesive organic matter to enable the adhesive organic matter to permeate into gaps between the iron core and the conductor strips; and (S10): drying the rotor. |
