PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wind turbine which can enhance rotation efficiency not only in a low wind speed region but also in a high wind speed region.SOLUTION: A wind turbine comprises a rotating shaft 2 and a plurality of blades 3 in each of which one end is a fixed end 31 fixed to the rotating shaft 2 and the another end is a free end. Each blade 3 is inclined so as to be positioned at the downstream side in a flow direction of a gas as progressing toward the outside of the rotating shaft 2 in the radial direction from the fixed end 31. The free end is formed so as to be bent while progressing toward the outside of the rotating shaft in the radial direction. Furthermore, each blade 3 has an elevation angle. In the wind turbine, the rotating shaft 2 rotates by the fact that the blades 3 receive gas flowing in the direction of the rotating shaft. Each blade 3 is structured so as to elastically deformable. By this construction, when the rotating shaft 2 rotates, the blades 3 are elastically deformed so as to erect by receiving a centrifugal force. |
