PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a screw fastening tool which can suitably achieve the improvement of workability and the reduction of a work variation when performing screw fastening.SOLUTION: A tool 10 used for fixing a siding board 40 and a substrate material with a tapping screw 30 comprises: a rod-shaped bit 12 formed with an engagement part 17 which is engaged with a head 31 of the tapping screw 30; and an attachment 13 which is cylindrical for allowing the penetration of the bit 12 therein, and fixed to the bit 12 in a state of being fit into the bit 12. At the attachment 13, there is formed an end face 26 which is formed at an end of a tool tip side out of both ends of the attachment 13, and abuts on the siding board 40 when the tapping screw 30 reaches a prescribed depth position when screw-fastened to the siding board 40. |
