PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a concentration measurement device having a function capable of safely and accurately specifying a remote measurement object in the case of measuring the concentration of the measurement object.SOLUTION: The concentration measurement device includes: a laser light source 22 for generating a laser beam as excitation light 23; a probe light generation part 24 for generating probe light 10 and 12 having on-wavelength and off-wavelength with respect to a measurement object S; a mirror 31 set in an angle-adjustable manner with respect to the probe light 10 and 12; a mirror 29 installed between the mirror 31 and the probe light generation part 24 for reflecting either the probe light 10 and 12 or visible light, and for transmitting the other; an imaging device 35 for imaging the irradiation area of the probe light 10 and 12 by using the visible light emitted from the mirror 29; a light detector 26 for detecting the probe light 10 and 12 transmitted through the measurement object S or reflected from the measurement object S; and a control part 28 for calculating the concentration of the measurement object S from the strength of the probe light 10 and 12. |
