PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To restrain foreign matters generated between members constituting a display device from moving to a display region of the display device.SOLUTION: A planar light emitting device according to the present invention comprises: a light guide plate 4 having an emission face 4b for emitting incident light; a frame body 8 having a support part 8b opposed to the emission face 4b; a reflection sheet 5 arranged on an anti-reflection face 4c side of the light guide plate 4; and a foreign matter isolator 50 having a first face 50a arranged on a side face 4d side of the light guide plate 4, and a second face 50b bent toward a side opposite to a side on which the light guide plate 4 is arranged, and contacting the support part 8b at an end of the first face 50a, and contacting the reflection sheet 5. |
