PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a power storage element from being brought into an abnormal voltage state, such as an overcharge state or an overdischarge state.SOLUTION: When a battery pack 11 is in a state close to an overcharge state, a first relay 12A is brought into an open state, and a second relay 12B is brought into a closed state. Thus, an amount of charging current which flows in the battery pack 11 is limited by an amount of potential difference of a voltage source SD, and it becomes possible to prevent the battery pack 11 from being brought into the overcharge state regardless of whether an alternator 5 has a current adjustment function or not, compared with in a structure where no voltage source SD is arranged. |
