PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that it is impossible to avoid increase in size of an illuminating device if trying to increase illumination efficiency due to each light source of an electric discharge tube and a light-emitting element.SOLUTION: An illuminating device comprises: an electric discharge tube; a reflector for reflecting illumination light emitted from the electric discharge tube to a subject; and a light emitting element which is disposed between the electric discharge tube and the reflector, and which can let the illumination light emit light more continuously than the electric discharge tube. |
