PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a 4-way switch device of simple structure suitable for reducing the number of components or assembly manhours.SOLUTION: Coupling means 9 for coupling an operation knob 8 to a base 5 including switch units 1-4 in the cross four directions tiltably in the cross four directions is constituted to include a shaft 83 projecting from the operation knob 8 toward the base 5, a sphere 84 provided at the tip of the shaft 83 integrally therewith, a boss 51 projecting from the base 5 toward the sphere 84, and sphere holding means 12 for allowing the operation knob 8 to tilt about the sphere 84 as an origine by supporting the sphere 84 rotatably around the center thereof, at the tip of the boss 51. |
