PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To rationalize installation and disassembling of a lifting/carrying-out facility of a disassembling object becoming an important element of a method, in the disassembling method of aiming at a high rise building.SOLUTION: An elevator installation hole is formed from a lower story part of a multistory building in a one-span slab part surrounded by mutually adjacent beams of the respective floors existing on the same longitudinal axis of the multistory building, and an elevator composed of a vertical directional ramp guide fixed in the formed elevator installation hole, a ramp for vertically moving along the ramp guide and its lifting driving machine is installed, and the elevator reaching the highest floor of the multistory building tried to be disassembled, is installed by repeating work for forming the elevator installation hole just above the elevator and extending the ramp guide to its inside, and disassembling object of the highest floor disassembled by disassembling materials lifted to the highest floor is carried out by the elevator, and after disassembling the highest floor, the ramp guide of the elevator is lowered by one floor by disassembling its upper end part, and disassembling work of the next lower floor is similarly repeated. |
