PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent malfunction in a spectacle type display unit that controls turn-on/off of display according to whether the unit is worn or not.SOLUTION: A spectacle type display unit comprises: a display part; a depression sensor that detects depression; and a determination part that determines whether to turn on or off display on the display part on the basis of a result of detection performed by the depression sensor.
