PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress the occurrence of image defects caused by the action of external force in an electronic apparatus having a display panel fixed to a housing and grounded.SOLUTION: In an electronic apparatus according to the present invention, a display panel 7 has a transparent holding plate 5 fixed to the surface of the display panel 7. The display panel 7 includes a rear face metal plate 70, and the rear face metal plate 70 includes two side plate parts 71 and 71. The transparent holding plate 5 has an outer peripheral edge part 51 overlapped with a frame part 30 of a housing. The display panel 7 has a holder metal fitting 9 provided on a rear face, and an earth metal fitting 8, provided on the side face, having a pair of arm parts 83 and 83 provided protruding therefrom to hold the two side plate parts 71 and 71 of the rear face metal plate 70. The holder metal fitting 9 and the earth metal fitting 8 are fixed to the housing so as to fix the outer peripheral edge part 51 of the transparent holding plate 5 to the frame part 30 of the housing. |
