PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a game machine capable of enhancing interest by sound.SOLUTION: A game machine having a variable display device comprises a plurality of electroacoustic converters so as to surround the center of the variable display device, and transmission functions of sound outputs to be outputted from the electroacoustic converters are controlled by a controller for a sound output. Specifically, four speakers 14A to 14D are respectively vertically and horizontally arranged with drum exposure windows as a center so as to face a player. The transmission functions of sound outputs to the four speakers 14A to 14D are controlled to thereby allow game information to be outputted after being converted into sound information. Thus, a sound image through effective sound is two-dimensionally controlled in accordance with a game state.
