A guiding and support device of temporary rails in scaffolding for the building industry is constituted by a fastening means for fastening to the upright and a guide element of the rail associable to this in such a mode as to ensure maximum portability of the scaffolding and at the same time great reliability of the device thanks to the fact that the two elements that compose it can be connected to one another in a very quick but equally precise and stable way.
