The present invention relates to a fresh air supply device (3) for an offshore facility (1) or a similarly situated application area, with - an inlet (9) for salt-containing and water-containing fresh air, - an outlet (10) for desalinated and dried fresh air, - a fresh air path (11) that leads from the inlet (9) to the outlet (10), - a cooling device (12) arranged in the fresh air path (11) in order to cool the fresh air, - a drop separator arranged (13) in the fresh air path (11) in order to remove salt and water from the fresh air, - a heating device (14) arranged in the fresh air path (11) downstream from the drop separator (13) in order to heat the fresh air, - a heat pump circuit (15) into which the cooling device (12) and the heating device (14) are connected in such a manner that the fresh air is used as a heat source in the cooling device (12) and the fresh air is used as a heat sink in the heating device (14). |
