PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To implement a non-rectangular outer peripheral shape superior in design without spoiling brightness, visibility, fidelity, and the like of an image.SOLUTION: A pixel array which has a non-rectangular outer peripheral shape comprises a plurality of non-rectangular pixels 7d and 7e and has a plurality of first conductors and a plurality of second conductors arranged so as to cross each other. The non-rectangular pixels are surrounded with and demarcated by the first conductors and the second conductors SC. Each of the plurality of first conductors comprises a first line GA and a second line GB arranged in parallel with and in proximity to each other. The non-rectangular pixels 7d on a side of the first lines are surrounded with and demarcated by the first lines GA and the second conductors SC, and the non-rectangular pixels 7e on a side of the second lines are surrounded with and demarcated by the second lines GB and the second conductors SC.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 10 |
