PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a disk-like polishing buff hardly coming apart a circular cotton nonwoven fabric on a peripheral edge end surface.SOLUTION: This disk-like polishing buff is formed by laminating a plurality of circular cotton nonwoven fabrics. The circular cotton nonwoven fabric is formed by three-dimensionally cross-connecting mutual cotton fibers. In the laminated respective circular cotton nonwoven fabrics, mutual adjacent circular cotton nonwoven fabrics are joined by a hydrogen bond. The hydrogen bond is caused between the mutual cotton fibers in the adjacent respective circular cotton nonwoven fabrics. Such a hydrogen bond is caused by curing while pressurizing a columnar body of laminating the plurality of circular cotton nonwoven fabrics over the whole in the axial direction. The circular cotton nonwoven fabric is desirably formed by three-dimensionally cross-connecting the mutual cotton fibers by applying a water flow to a fiber web formed by stacking the cotton fibers. |
