PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique for guiding a cartridge to mounting orientation with stable orientation when the cartridge is mounted to a holder of a printer.SOLUTION: Partition walls for partitioning a plurality of cartridges are provided in a cartridge mounting section of a printer. Each of the plurality of cartridges comprises first through sixth surfaces and a printing material supply port provided on the first surface. A recess where at least a part of the partition walls is housed when each cartridge is mounted in the cartridge mounting section is formed on at least one of the fifth surface and the sixth surface opposite to each other. When each cartridge is viewed toward the first surface by defining a direction perpendicular to the fifth surface and the sixth surface as a width direction, a first width portion corresponding to the recess, a second width portion closer to a third surface side than the first width portion and a third width portion closer to a fourth surface side than the first width portion are formed on the first surface. Each width of the second and third width portions is greater than that of the first width portion. |
