PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rubber composition capable of improving physical properties of a tire or the like.SOLUTION: There is provided a rubber composition containing a rubber component containing a modified diene rubber, having a structure having a connecting group containing a structure represented by the formula (A) and in which a diene polymer chain is connected through the connecting group, of 100 pts.mass and a filler of 5 to 150 pts.mass. There is also provided a pneumatic tire using the rubber composition. In the formula (A), Z is a hydrogen atom, a methyl group or an aldehyde group. |
