PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vending machine management system in which a server can unitarily and collectively manage vending machine groups using identification media having data formats different from facility to facility.SOLUTION: The vending machine management system includes a server 20 capable of communicating with all of multiple vending machine groups 2 each forming a group, installed in predetermined facilities, and each of the multiple vending machines can perform purchase settlement by identification media. The server 20 includes: receiving means 22 for receiving reply information from each of multiple vending machines included in each of the multiple vending machine groups 2; conversion means 23 for converting a data format of the reply information received by the receiving means 22, into a predetermined format; settlement means 24 for, on the basis of the predetermined format, determining whether or not purchase settlement can be performed at a vending machine by an identification medium; and accounting means 27 for, when purchase settlement is performed at the settlement means 24, performing accounting of sales of at least one part of vending machines included in the multiple vending machine groups. |
