The purpose of the present invention is to provide an active energy ray curable resin composition for giving a cured coating film with excellent hardening properties, flexibility, toughness, and electricity reliability. The active energy ray curable resin composition comprises: a reactive epoxy carboxylate compound (A) obtained by making (a) an epoxy resin, which obtained by making an epoxy resin (X) containing glycidyl phenyl ether-octahydromethanoindene as a repeating structure react with a phenol resin (Y) containing phenol- octahydromethanoindene as a repeating structure and satisfies 2<Mw/Mn<20, react with (b) a carboxylic acid compound including a polymerizable ethylene unsaturated group and a carboxylic group; and a reactive polycarboxylic acid compound obtained by making the same react with polybasic acid anhydride (c). |
