PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a screw fastening structure in which a tip of a screw is projected to the outside of a casing and a wide space can be secured within the casing.SOLUTION: In the screw fastening structure, a printed circuit board 2 is supported on a base surface 6 of a casing and a sheet metal member 4 is fastened by a screw 5. In an end portion of the base surface 6 at a side for mounting the sheet metal member 4, a drawing-formed fastening part is provided, in which a lower-stage surface 61 and an upper-stage surface 62 are integrally formed. The drawing-formed fastening part supports the printed circuit 2 at the lower-stage surface 61, has an outer edge part 63 which is extended from the upper-stage surface 62, is bent to the outside so as to face the sheet metal member 4, and on which a screw hole is bored, and fastens the sheet metal member 4 by the screw via the outer edge part 63. Accordingly, since a tip of the screw 5 protrudes lower than the upper-stage surface 62, metal powder produced by the screw 5 is prevented from intruding into an internal part 20 of the casing. Further, since the printed circuit board 2 is mounted on the lower-stage surface 61, a wide space can be secured in the internal part 20 of the casing. |
