Composition in unit dosage, comprises at least one corticosteroid and a quinolone or fusidic acid, where the ratio between the weight of the corticosteroid to the weight of the quinolone or fusidic acid is 0.02-20 and the amount of quinolone or fusidic acid is less than 1 mg.
