1. A method of managing label printing comprising:
storing product-related information, expiration information for each product, and batch information on a central server, the batch information defining one or more batches, each batch specifying certain products; providing the product-related information and batch information to a smart device; receiving a selection of one of the products or one of the batches on the smart device from a user, wherein if the user selects one of the batches, the products specified in the batch are selected; generating one or more labels for each selected product, the one or more labels for each selected product incorporating certain product-related information associated with the selected product and additional data associated with the selected product, the additional data being obtained by analysis of one or more of date, location, user, and the expiration information; and sending the one or more labels to a printer. |
