PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor device capable of appropriately performing self diagnosis of a measurement part.SOLUTION: A semiconductor device comprises: a selection part that selects two wirings from a plurality of wirings connected with a connection part of series-connected battery cells; a measurement part that outputs a signal depending on a difference between voltages of the two wirings selected by the selection part; and a controller that, in a case where the measurement part is diagnosed, performs control of the selection means to make the measurement part respectively output a first signal depending on a first voltage, a signal depending on a second voltage different from the first voltage, and a third signal depending on a difference between the first voltage and the second voltage.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 |
