PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a three-dimensional molded object and an apparatus for manufacturing a three-dimensional molded object, by which a three-dimensional molded object can be manufactured with high dimensional accuracy while saving a composition for three-dimensional molding used in the manufacture, and a three-dimensional molded object having high reliability.SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing a three-dimensional molded object of the present invention aims to manufacture a three-dimensional molded object by stacking layers, and the method includes: a three-dimensional molding composition supply step of supplying a composition for three-dimensional molding; a layer formation step of moving the supplied three-dimensional molding composition by layer-forming means to form a layer; and a binder solution discharge step of discharging a binder solution to the layer. In the three-dimensional molding composition supply step, a three-dimensional molding composition is supplied to a layer that is already formed; and in the layer formation step, movement of the three-dimensional molding composition is regulated by regulation means that is disposed on a downstream side along the moving direction of the three-dimensional molding composition by the layer-forming means and regulates movement of the three-dimensional molding composition.SELECTED DRAWING: None
