PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an endoscopic image recording device being adaptable when an endoscopic image is generated by video signals of a plurality of types of television signal standards, and capable of executing record without generating a black image.SOLUTION: The video signals of the plurality of types of TV signal standards are input in a video signal conversion part 44 via a video signal selection part 42 and the like. When a video signal selection part 42 converts the signal to increase or decrease, a black-bar image is added with the conversion into a video signal with a different aspect ratio. A black image processing part 45 detects black bar parts, an image enlargement part executes enlargement processing for eliminating upper/lower or left/right black bar parts, and a data recording part 48 records it. |
