PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for detecting electrical characteristics, which allows ohmic value data of any object part in a wiring path arranged on a detection object substrate formed of a laminate of a plurality of substrates to be obtained.SOLUTION: The device 2 for detecting electrical characteristics includes a storage part 25 which stores design data on the wiring and through-holes to constitute the wiring path arranged on a detection object substrate. An input reception part 24 receives instruction to specify the object part for the calculation of the ohmic value of the wiring path. A control part 27 calculates the ohmic value of the specified object part in the wiring path according to the instruction received by the input reception part 24 on the basis of the design data stored in the storage part 25, and allows a display part 26 to display the calculated ohmic value. |
