PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a production method of a fiber-reinforced plastic honeycomb core in which a weight of a honeycomb core is reduced, thermal strain does not occur, cost is excellent, and bond strength is excellent.SOLUTION: Adhesion and impregnation of a thermoset resin 2a are performed to a fiber substrate 1, a viscous state fiber-reinforced plastic prepreg is supplied to a corrugate molding apparatus, then is subjected to heating and compression to thereby mold a corrugate plate 15 in a semi-cured state. Then, the corrugate plate 15 is subjected to invagination in a physical relationship in which an apex and a bottom correspond, then is subjected to heating and compression to thereby perfectly cure the corrugate plate 15, and the corresponding apex and bottom of the corrugate plate 15 are bonded by the perfect curing. Thereby, the corrugate plate 15 is made a cell wall 18, and a fiber-reinforced plastic honeycomb core 11 that is a flat surface aggregate of a cell 19 block-formed by the cell wall 18 is produced. |
