Then, the corrugate plate 15 is subjected to invagination in a physical relationship in which an apex and a bottom correspond, then is subjected to heating and compression to thereby perfectly cure the corrugate plate 15, and the corresponding apex and bottom of the corrugate plate 15 are bonded by the perfect curing. Thereby, the corrugate plate 15 is made a cell wall 18, and a fiber-reinforced plastic honeycomb core 11 that is a flat surface aggregate of a cell 19 block-formed by the cell wall 18 is produced.
