PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the signal quality of an RF signal generated from an in-house independent broadcasting system.SOLUTION: An independent broadcasting system comprises: an RF signal generation unit 19 for generating an RF signal on the basis of a prescribed clock signal upon input of video and audio signals to be independently broadcast; a clock signal adjustment unit 15 for adjusting the frequency of a clock signal used by the RF signal generation unit on the basis of a frequency setting signal; measurement means 22a for measuring at least an MER as an item to be monitored with respect to the generated RF signal; and a control unit 27 which, when the measured value of the MER measured with respect to the generated RF signal by using an initial value of the frequency of the clock signal is equal to or less than a prescribed value, calculates a value of the frequency setting signal corresponding to the peak value of the measured MER by changing the frequency of the clock signal within a prescribed range by the frequency setting signal and sets the calculated value of the frequency setting signal when an independent broadcast is sent out. |
