The invention relates to a fitting system for a window, a door or the like, with at least one rotary lock element that cooperates with a mating element in order to lock or unlock the window, the door or the like. The rotary lock element (6) is rotatable into an unlocking position releasing the mating element (7), said unlocking position being an intermediate position (34) between a first rotational region (35) of the rotary lock element (6) in the clockwise direction and a second rotational region (36) of the rotary lock element (6) in the anti-clockwise direction, and the mating element (7) is captured by the rotary lock element (6) in one of the rotational regions (35, 36) in a locking position and is captured in the other rotational region (35, 36) in a gap ventilation position. The invention further relates to a window, door or the like equipped with a fitting system, and to a method for locking or unlocking a window and door or the like, or for holding it in a gap-ventilation position. |
