PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new heat transfer medium, being nonflammable or minutely combustive, having a small load to the environment, and further improved with thermal cyclic characteristics and heat transfer characteristics.SOLUTION: A heat transfer medium includes a 3C fluoroalkene. The heat transfer medium includes at least one compound selected from the group consisting of fluoroalkenes expressed by general formula (1) RRC=CRR[wherein, Ris CHFgroup (m=0 to 3); R(n=2 to 4) are each independently F, Cl, Br, I or H, and include at least one F]. |
