Conductive mesh 4 comprises the primer projection streak portion and the conductive projection streak portion, and the conductive projection streak portion is such that a peak portion 3t of a conductive particle contact portion is equal to or larger than H/4 of a conductive mesh height H and a conductive mesh width Wt at H/4 is less than a foot width W4. The mesh pattern comprises a border segment L extending between branch points B to define an opening region A, a) the average number N of border segments extending from one branch point satisfying 3.0&le;N<4.0, b) the opening region being in two or more kinds of a pentagonal, a hexagonal, and a heptagonal shape and the hexagonal shape being the most, and c) a polygonal shape having the same number of sides being indefinite. Further, d) the opening regions are arranged better not in a direction with periodicity.
