PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transmission that can reduce costs and achieve a small-sized transmission, while securing a function of sufficiently buffering spike torque generated in the shift transmission.SOLUTION: A transmission M comprises: one input shaft 1 to which rotation of an engine is input; and two counter shafts 2 and 3 for outputting the rotation after the shift transmission. A drive gear 13a is mounted on the main shaft 1, a driven gear 1b engaging with the drive gear 13a is mounted on the counter shaft 2, and a driven gear 3b engaging with the drive gear 13a is mounted on the counter shaft 3. The shift transmission is performed by making a selector mechanism 12S fix the driven gears 1b and 3b to the counter shafts 2 and 3 so that the driven gears cannot relatively rotate. The impact generated upon the fixing is absorbed and buffered to a buffer mechanism W shared between the drive gear 13a and the main shaft 1. |
