Method and device for forming workpieces

The device has a forming tool (8) engaging at an external contour of a work piece (3), and another forming tool (9) engaging at an internal contour of the work piece and an external contour of a mandrel (7), where the tools i.e. forming rollers, are rotated relative to the work piece. The external contour of the mandrel corresponds to the internal contour of the work piece, and the tool engaging at the internal contour of the work piece is pivotably supported at a holder or movably supported at a distance to an axis of rotation (X). An independent claim is also included for a method for forming a work piece.
